#GenWom is a platform that focuses on research, capacity building and advocacy of women leaders. We believe that when we increase incomes and opportunities for women, entire communities, economies, and countries benefit.
Investing in the economic empowerment of women, in all their diversity, builds resilient countries – because an investment in a woman is an investment in her community and her country.
Capacity building of women entrepreneurs
Advocacy and research
Mind Works International, along with its partner organisation Finman Group, has been working under the umbrella of #GenWom to enable women leaders to build their capacities in financial management, business acumen, digital literacy, marketing and sales and professional development. Over the years, the two organisations have conducted several bootcamps across Pakistan and developed toolkits, guides and curricula suited to cater to the needs and competencies of women across different sectors.
GENWOM is a structured mentoring programme designed to empower young women aged 15–22 by connecting them with accomplished professionals and role models. The programme supports participants to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and gain access to opportunities that enable them to shape their futures without limits of background, gender, or income. The GENWOM Mentoring Programme is conducted virtually, making it accessible to young women from diverse geographies and backgrounds. It combines structured learning modules, personalised mentoring, and reflective assessments to ensure measurable growth and impact.
